Heart to Heart Home Care Agency Ltd has been operating in the Reepham Community for over five years. One of our first clients has MS and after the success of our last fundraising event for Alzheimer's Society, we made a promise to him and his family that we would put all our love and effort into raising money for the MS Society. Our client has been kept notified with all of our planning so far and is keen to see us raise as much as possible for this worthy cause.
We have chosen to reschedule our event on 17.09.2022.
With the generosity of Reepham's local businesses donating some amazing prizes, we are commencing our fundraising with the game, 'Lucky Squares'.
If we raise more than £500, Carolyn Woodrow will be walking the 5 mile Station-Station walk along Marriott's Way.
