Firstly thank you to everyone who supported us last year in our first seven in seven half marathons -  you were all incredible.

This years we are running various challenges culminating in Ian running the London Marathon in October

In July we are running the Thames Path in Essex from Tilbury through to Leigh on Sea - it is a long run!! circa 29 miles so we will run as much as we can!

In August we are running seven halfs in seven days but this time we have various challenges including running a half on steps, a Hills half and Southend Pier!!
