Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.

Story

Every year I do something for charity and this year is a huge personal challenge to achieve.

Not just riding the 220 miles and an awful lot of hills, with over 85% of the route off-road including the Ridgeway, South Downs Way, Shipwrights Way and Sussex Border Path but the training beforehand. Huge challenge.

Stepping up from the odd ride to a lot and four days back to back to complete the challenge - I hope!

Brain tumour impact so many people, often taking lives way to early, I lost my father to a tumour as have many others and yet treatment and a potential cure is possible with the funding.

I am hoping I can raise £10+ for each mile so if you can spare anything to help it really does. Keeps me motivated to do more and better but also gives to a really great cause very close to my heart (and for those of your financial minded tax deductible).

As TESCO often say every little helps so if I have helped you, introduced you to someone nice or you just want to enjoy making me suffer for the next five months then please donate.
