We have set up this page to help raise money for Maggies Centres & awareness of Cervical Cancer smear's to detect Cervical Cancer at the earlier stages, that could potentially save lives. 

We are a salon based in Middlesbrough and 2 of our valued clients lost their friend Paula Hewitt at the age of 32 in June after a long brave fight to Cervical Cancer. They told me it was Paula's  wish was to raise awareness to prevent this from happening to someone else. Paula & her family had also been supported amazingly by Maggies Centre in Durham. I never met Paula personally but I know how loved she was & I wanted to do something so her early passing was not in vain. 

Our salon The Edge Hair & Beauty offers a 'drybar' service were you have your hair styled from dry within 30 mins. Either pin-up, curls, waves or straightened so we thought for one 4 hour session we would offer this service & ask for a minimum donation of £10 from each client. We have enlisted the help from my friend, her salon Wags based in Eagglescliffe. Combined, we can offer 36 clients fantastic hair.

This will take place on Wednesday 26th October from 9am to 1pm. You will need to ring the salon on 01642210444 to book an appointment once you have donated your minimum of £10 through this page. We are also organising a Tombola  to boost up some more valued funds for Maggies Centres.
