Story

On 19th June (a day early I know) Myself, Mark Taylor and Alan Granger will be taking part in the "Longest Day Golf Challenge" in aid of McMillan Cancer Support.  We will be doing this at The Carrick on Loch Lomond.  Now this sounds like a bit of a jolly boys day out but it is a tough challenge.  If you play 18 holes at The Carrick you walk 6.8 miles and takes approx. 4 hours.  This means a tee off of around 5.30am and finishing hopefully before 11pm with over 27 miles of walking.

We will be joined along the way by one of the professionals at The Carrick for each round to help us.

Thank you to Cameron House for allowing us to use the facility for the day.

All donations big and small are welcome to this very worth while cause.  I am sure all of you have been touched by cancer in one way shape or form, from yourself, to a relative or friend.

Thank you for reading and looking forward to 19th June.
