For those that you that might not know me so well I'm Paul the new Kent Blaxill Melton store manager.

Prior to this I spent 10 years in a car as a rep for Ronseal & Purdy. A decade of fast food and non-activity left me with an expanding waist line and Doctors advice over medical issues. Something had to change and over the last year I've gone from once round the block to the Great East Run in Ipswich (half Marathon) but this jogging business gets to be quite addictive and the next goal is a Marathon.
Just been doing it for fun until now but I'm taking up another challenge and running 180 kilometres for Help the Heroes on behalf of the business and looking for 180 people to sponsor me £2 (or more!) and join me in raising money for the cause
