Story
After fundraising and completing the 2016 London Marathon I've seen first hand what a difference I can actually make to people's lives. Completing the marathon was physically and mentally very tough but the rewards were huge with how I could learn about, represent and help such an important charity and its work.
For 2017 I wanted to work with a charity that means a lot to me and something I see in my everyday life. I'm excited to represent and raise as much as I can for my chosen charity KIDS.
The training and the actual running of the London Marathon is extremely tough. It takes a lot of time and dedication and I can still remember the way I felt during the last few miles last year! It's physically and mentally a real tough test.
What does help is the support, the kind gestures, donations and thought that people have sponsored you and are helping you. I've been there and done it and it honestly means so much. I'll always remember how I felt every time somebody sponsored me and another name appeared on my page supporting and helping me.
It would be great if my friends could help me and KIDS again.
If you don't know what the charity KIDS does, google them and take a look! I'm sure you will agree it's worth a few quid!
Thank you.
