I'm delighted to announce that on Sunday 13th November a few of us from Launceston's Elements Triathlon club will be embarking on a charity swim in aid of Children in need. Our aim - to swim 8 1/2 hours non stop (toilet breaks excluded) and our objective, to raise as much money as possible to help change the lives of disabled children and young people in the UK.
