Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

We have organised this event in the hope of raising enough money to fund a day of research.

Leah was just two years old when her distraught parents were told she had a malignant brain tumour, She has undergone several operations, high dose chemotherapy and radiotherapy which have left lasting side effects.

Too many people are being faced with the devastating diagnosis each year – every two hours, someone is diagnosed with a brain tumour in England. Brain tumours continue to kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer
