Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My Dad used to run the half marathon every year and I always wanted to run with him but I was just too unfit to do it. The day he died I promised him and myself I would run the half marathon in his memory. Having lost 10.5 stone with Slimming World I am now ready to take on the next challenge.

I am lucky in the fact that pancreatic cancer hasn’t touched my life so far but how long will it be before it does ? This awful disease is not publicised enough ! Diagnosis is often missed or left too late and this can’t continue. I do know several people who have sadly been affected by pancreatic cancer and I have seen the devastation it causes. For all those affected I run this for you. Together we can influence change ! Please give generously !
