Last year the E Type/ XK Club did a similar tour with Jaguar E Types and raised well over £50K This year they are doing the same thing with Jaguar XK's These cars were all built between 1948 and 1960 and are a lot more "characterful" to drive than the more "modern" E Type.

Mike has an eligible car and as he has had friends who have developed this insidious cancer. He felt he wanted to take part and raise money for this very worthwhile Charity however, he needed to find a co. driver.

 A great friend of Mike's,  Geoff Copper, who is also a "mad old car nut" agreed to help out as he was very happy to support this good cause too.  We are sure taking part in the Drive will be great fun and a bit of an adventure for both of us.

As we are both "built more for comfort than for speed" taking part in this drive is one way we can raise some money and help make a difference. We shall be taking part in two Westcountry Sections on the 13th and 14th of June.
