My 11 year old son, Nathan has been inspired to do something for cancer charities after watching a gamer play "that dragon cancer". The game was designed by the parents of Joel. A young boy who sadly lost his four year battle with cancer aged just 5.

Nathan has sold his xbox and put the money towards a bike ahead of the challenge which begins on October 10th. The route will mainly follow cycle paths from Irvine to Paisley then on to Glasgow, along the canal routes to Edinburgh and along the innocent railway path to Musselburgh. We will hopefully complete this all within 3 days.

Nathan has chosen Anthony Nolan after discovering his Uncle is currently under investigation for blood cancer.
