On Saturday 10th September I ran the 4th & final 'unplanned' event of 60 miles around the hills of Snowdonia just to help with the mental scarring of the previous run (see below) I completed in 15hours 36mins and means I amassed the grand total of 280 miles in 4 events (clocking up 800miles+ if you include all the training) Please see this as an opportunity to give to one of the best Charities and support me in my quest to help others who really do suffer when this disease indiscriminately comes into their lives.                    

The 3rd part of my original '260 mile challenge' I started in April, was the TDS 74mile Ultra Run from Courmayeur in Italy around (& over parts) of Mont Blanc to Chamonix in France including climbing 7,200m+ of vertical and must be completed in 33 hours. You can see I only completed 34 miles due to the 38 degrees of heat I experienced on the day. #gutted. The challenge started in April when I completed approx. 120 miles from Chamonix to Zermatt along the infamous 'Haute Route' on skis in 5 days!!! - see photos below

Followed in July by completing the 'Ultimate Trails' 66mile run from Ambleside through the Lakes & back to Ambleside in under 20hours - see photos below
