I am a nurse in the Wycombe Team of Rennie Grove Hospice Care, who offer a unique Hospice at Home Service, for people with a life-limiting diagnosis.  Providing Specialist Palliative Care in the Community through planned and responsive visits.  We are a 24/7 service to help manage symptoms and avoid unnecessary hospital admissions.

It is a privilege to be involved with patients and their families at a very difficult time in their lives.  Caring for people in their own home enables them to continue living their life, with their loved ones around them.
