Story
In August 2013 my nan was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease.
From the moment she was diagnosed I decided to start fundraising for the
Alzheimer’s Society due to all their efforts in supporting my nan as well as my family. In 2014 my mother and I done a skydive raising £2000 then in 2015 I ran the London marathon and raised £5000. I decided to set my sights higher…..
I wanted a challenge that would be mentally tough as well as physically but also a once in a lifetime experience. The biggest challenge I could think of was Mount Everest Basecamp.
Standing at 5,380 m (17,600 ft) it is 5 times higher than Mount Snowdon!
My self Jack Pennington, Geroge Tiesteel and Josh Groves are completing the climb for 3 charities and would like to evenly distrubute the funds!
Please help us reach our target!!
