Since my underactive thyroid was diagnosed a few years ago my thyroid levels have shot up and down and I'm still trying to find the correct level of medication. It's frustrating, I've suffered fatigue at one end of the scale and palpitations at the other. I've struggled to run and regain my fitness for running, but I can run so I do, as do many others with thyroid problems. I'd like to fundraise for btf which is a charity that supports people  in this situation.
