Story

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK. Anyone can hit crisis point. CALM run a free and confidential helpline and webchat 7 hours a day, 7 days a week for anyone who needs to talk about life's problems.

I am Running 106KM around the coast of the Isle of Wight over two days 52km on the first day and 56km km the second day

Calm has helped me so much with support and the tools I needed to get me through some very dark times. It has also helped other members of my family.

I still use CALM now as it has so many tools i need to help me through my days. My Mantra is "One Day At A Time"
