I am a nurse in the Wycombe team at Rennie Grove Hospice Care, who operate a unique model of care encompassing aspects of community care alongside specialist palliative nursing for patients with either a cancer diagnosis or long term condition which is no longer responding to curative treatment.

I enjoy working closely with patients and their family, providing symptom control, care and support for them at a very difficult time in their lives. Caring for people in their own home enables them to continue living their life in the way that they choose with respect and dignity and is both a great privilege and very rewarding.
