Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (TTP) is a rare blood disorder, with between 1.2 to 11 new cases every year per million of the population.  TTP episodes are life threatening and considered a medical emergency.  TTP is a lifelong condition, as after initial diagnosis, many patients will experience further episodes of TTP called relapses.

Your contribution today however small or large will help research into TTP and other platelet disorders.  It will also create awareness of this condition.

Thank you
