Story
On Sunday 18th June 2017, a team of RAPt staff (Lynn, Jason and Dougie) and graduates will be running the Hull 10k to raise money and awareness for The Bridges Residential Drug and Alcohol Rehab.

Four graduates from the Bridges were quick to rise to the challenge of the Hull 10k in order to raise much needed funds for the residential rehab project which helped to transform their lives:
Bal - "Despite being really busy establishing my construction and maintenance company, fitness is a real issue as I'm still carrying a bit of weight and smoking the odd cigarette. It's going to be a tough one for me but I'm always up for helping The Bridges."
Lee - "I've recently landed my dream job as a green keeper on a beautiful golf course, so I'm keeping pretty fit working outside from the early hours. I'm looking forward to the challenge, running through the city with my peers, especially if we can raise the profile and some funds for RAPt."
Nick - "This is going to be really hard for me given my current lack of fitness, but compared with the battle I had to overcome my addiction, it's a breeze!."
Andy - "Lifting weights is more my style than this cardio-vascular stuff, I'm going to have to seriously alter my training programme, but anything to help The Bridges!."
Charlie Forbes Adam, our Fundraising Advisory Group Chairman has also registered and will be joining us on our run through the city.
