I am embarking on the Football to Amsterdam cycle ride in June for Prostate Cancer UK.  So in two days we will cycle from London to Amsterdam over 140 miles!!!!!! Crazy I know.

The scheme is run alongside the Football League and I will be taking part with Jamie Redden to represent Peterborough United FC. 

My family and friends have been affected by Prostate Cancer and with more funding more and more people can get through the other side. Please, please, please support what we are doing even if you think it will just be funny to see me out on a bike doing this sort of thing (potentially a near death experience).
