Eight determined individuals will be losing lbs, fat, inches and bad habits to raise money for Sarcoma UK. Every penny we raise helps fund research and treatment. Find our friend Gareth's story on our Facebook page. 

So……...There will be no more late night movies and Pringles, no more Golden Syrup on toast, no more fighting over the Maltesers or pulling all nighters on the Console with Beer and Crisps.

It isn't going to be easy though, it's going to take some real determination to skip the work cake run, reach for the fruit and get our butts off the sofa to do some exercise. But YOU can make it easier by donating to this amazing charity ‘Sarcoma UK’ to keep us motivated, keep us focused and give us a great incentive to keep going.  

Over the next 90 days we pledge to change our habits for the better to create healthier lifestyles and we will be sharing it with you every step of the way. In the process we hope to lose some lbs on the scales, some inches from our waists and a large amount of body fat between us. We aren't doing it alone, some of Launceston’s very best health and fitness businesses are giving us a helping hand by putting us through our paces in some of their weekly classes. If you want to see us sweat and work hard we need to see the £££’s coming in! We will keep you updated weekly with all of our hard work and every 30 days we will see how much the hard work is paying off and most importantly paying in!!

Sarcoma is a cancer of the bone and soft tissue. It is one of the hardest to diagnose, and difficult to treat. We can help change this. By donating to our page, you will fund vital research projects looking for better treatments. Your donation will also raise awareness of the symptoms of sarcoma to help patients get an early diagnosis, and ensure everyone has access to specialist advice.Thank you for your support.
