In July 2022 I will attempt to run the entirety of the Welsh Coastal Path, the biggest mental and physical challenge of my life. 

So many children and young people are facing huge mental challenges on a daily basis, just trying to navigate their lives. 

Our world has changed dramatically in the last few years. A global pandemic, the war in Ukraine and the rising cost of living has led to instability for us all. 

Children thrive on consistency, and that is in short supply for many right now. 

I’m running to raise money for Young Minds, a charity focused on children and young people, offering support, guidance and help for parents too, ensuring that everyone is given the advice and tools they need to try and improve their mental health. 

My goal is to cover the 870 miles in 21 days, an average of nearly 42 miles a day. If successful this will be a new world record. 

This is a self funded adventure, with me taking a break from my work and family life. I am only asking for your donations for Young Minds. 

Our younger generations are facing uncertain times. More and more will need help with their mental health.
