Hi, I’m Alana Davies, I am 14 years old from Hertfordshire and I am raising money for NHS Charities together which is a charity supporting NHS staff and volunteers caring for Covid-19 patients.

The world as we know it has been turned upside down due to the Coronavirus and many of us are left feeling helpless at a time where we all need to pull together to save lives. I am heartbroken for those who have lost loved ones due to this horrible virus and I felt moved to do something to raise money to support those on the frontline risking their lives to help others. To do this I am aiming to walk 5 miles everyday until I reach 100 miles and hopefully raise some money for this great charity in the process. I will be social distancing whilst on these walks to ensure that myself and others out walking stay safe. I will upload my progress as I go.
