Story

In the last few years,  100 or so hardy -  or perhaps that should be foolhardy -  souls have taken the plunge for an intense but companionable 60 seconds of cold water swimming

This year we are hoping for the biggest ever turnout. And also the
biggest ever amount of money raised for our selected medical charities

Please come along and support and cheer on others and if you wish, turn up with your swimsuit and towel, and join the swimmers on Aldeburgh Beach opposite the Moot Hall! The swim is at 11.00am precisely, so please be on the beach by say 10.50. You don't need to register, but we do want you to read our advice about cold water swimming before you make a final decision about taking part.
