We offer end of life nursing care in the patient's own home, a hospital transport service for those with a life-limiting illness and pre and post bereavement support for patients and their families. We provide care when and where it counts in Tynedale, Ponteland and West Northumberland.

Story

I am a keen to supporter of
the Hospice, having volunteered in its charity and book shop in Hexham for many years and as a volunteer in its Hospital Transport Service.

It’s not the first time I’ve  take on a challenge for the Hospice.  At 70 I swum a mile and raised £2,000, and when I turned 75 I zipped wired across the River Tyne raising £6,000 .  I am hoping that if I reach my target of £8,000 through this challenge, it will mean I will have raised in excess of £30,000 since I’ve been involved with Tynedale Hospice at Home through various challenge events and bake sales.
