Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I will be completing the "Do It For Charity" London to Brighton Cycle Ride on the 17th of September 2017, for the charity "Lorraine's Sickle Cell & Thalassaemia Foundation".

The Foundation was created in 2002 by the parents of Lorraine Shoetan, after Lorraine's tragic death from Sickle Cell at the age of only 24. As a close friend of Lorraine's brother, I experienced how the loss of Lorraine effected the family.

The Foundation has done a lot of work in the local community in the last 15 years to raise awareness of Sickle Cell and provide support and education to families and individuals which need it most. Any donations you make will go to a very worthwhile cause.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thank You
Anthony Paul
