New year new challenge 

London Ride 100 

Bike is purchased and a few rides under my belt, surely I can complete this and raise a few ££’s at the same time! 

The charity I have decided on is part of the NHS, Ro works in a team that specialises in supporting young people who have/had first episode psychosis and the money I raise will go towards the development of sport and other physical health interventions of which the service is aiming to develop. I aim to raise at least £1000 of which could provide so many opportunities for these young people.

For all of you that know me and for those that might not so much, will know how much of a challenge this is going to be for me!! I am determined and motivated and already Ro is sick of hearing about it, it’s only been a few weeks!!! 😂 So please sponsor me and help keep me motivated.
