Dear Friends and Family,

I'm arranging to cycle from Banbury to Holland and back via Belgium and France over 10 days from Saturday, 27 August.

I'm doing this in aid of the Horton Hospital at Banbury to show my support to the truly wonderful doctors and nurses there and the care they give to so many.
