Story

We have now just reached  over half way to my fundraising target for CHAS.. Thank You All to those of you who have donated so generously so far. Can I hopefully pursued those of you who have NOT donated so far to think about donating to CHAS  now JUST BEFORE CHRISTMAS. I know my beheading will most likely come after Christmas and , as I have said earlier, once  I have received my vaccination against Covid, But CHAS tries so very hard to care for these children all year round and Christmas is an especially difficult time for them  and special care at this very special time of year is needed. The effects of Covid has put many families in difficult situations health wise and also with respect to finance and many of you may find it difficult to donate. However please try to donate to my fundraiser for CHAS. Your donation is welcome, no matter how small. Just give what you can afford, that’s all that is asked in these difficult times.

As it is my 75th Birthday this Sunday ( 6 December ), we are in the middle of the Covid Pandemic, it is the Season to be Jolly and the time to think of family and friends, I have decided to fund raise for CHAS ( Children’s Hospices Across Scotland ). CHAS works to bring joy into the lives of children who have illnesses that are life threatening. CHAS does this by providing support for them to enjoy the pleasures and joys of life  that ordinary, healthy children do.

The theme of my fundraiser revolves around where we are now - in the midst of this Corona Virus Pandemic.  I have NOT had a haircut now since the pandemic began and decided that I would not have one until we beat this virus. It is now 9 months since the Pandemic took over and my locks, those that I have left, have been growing longer and longer AND ...... when I get the vaccination to beat this virus......I WILL SHAVE OFF THE LOT!!

I am asking you all, please support me in this. Please give generously to this cause to help provide some joy and happiness for these children and their families at this time of year and hopefully beyond.

As I have said I will shave off the lot once I have had the corona virus vaccination - THE BEHEADING OF BARRIE - and this I will do in public and provide a video or photos to prove it. Since we have already, in the UK, had plans to begin the Covid vaccinations next week then it may not be long before I too get vaccinated and this BEHEADING takes place.... then again it may be a wee bit longer! Please support me supporting CHAS by donating here during this period leading up finally to my sponsored BEHEADING
