Story

Most of you will know my story and why raising awareness of bowel cancer  is so very important to me (for those that don't you can read my story here).

I’m taking on Bowel Cancer UK’s Step up for 30 challenge which means during June I’ll be doing 30 minutes of physical activity every day … no doubt it will mostly be swimming! :)

I am well aware of how often we are all asked to donate/contribute to many worthwhile causes. With that in mind I am  asking anyone that wants to support me in my Step Up for 30 challenge to donate just £1 via this page.

At the same time I also want you to either share a link to this page on facebook or give me a follow on Twitter and help me spread much needed awareness.

Together we can enact the change needed to stop Bowel cancer being UK’s second biggest cancer killer. With your support, we will help save lives and improve the quality of life for all those affected by bowel cancer.
