17 years ago my dad Joseph was diagnosed with terminal bowel cancer, and was recovering in hospital. When I was visiting him one day, came across an 8 year old child cancer patient. His chatter and smiles, despite all the pipes/tubes attached to him, left a huge impression on me. It was a watershed moment that changed my life. As long as God gives me good health, I will forever support charities who help children with cancer and their families.
