𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝟏- To cycle the distance it takes from John O'Groats to Lands End on exercise bikes, totalling 1407km in 12 hours!!  -𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝟐𝟔𝐭𝐡 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏 𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 £𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟎

𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝟐- Taking on Alix Popham at his Charity Golf Day on 13th October 2021.

Head for Change is a start up charitable foundation, pioneering positive change for brain health in sport and supporting ex-players who are affected by neurodegenerative disease as a result of their professional sporting career in football or rugby. www.headforchange.org.uk
