Story
Ben is a 9 year old boy with autism, living in Runcorn. Having been given a shark dive experience for his birthday, Ben has decided to use this opportunity to give something back to one of the charities that he has benefited from, The Children's Adventure Farm Trust! They do fantastic work for a range of children and Ben is so happy to raise some money for them!
"The Children’s Adventure Farm Trust (CAFT) is a fabulous charity based in Cheshire. They have been providing holidays, day visits and Christmas
Parties at their 10 acre site since 1992, and in that time they’ve helped tens of thousands terminally ill, disabled and socially disadvantaged children. Each year they need to raise over £1million to continue their vital work with children who find it difficult to access mainstream leisure activities. Their aim is to bring fun, love and laughter into the lives of children from all over the North West, many of whom are living with difficulties most of us couldn’t imagine.”
Ben himself is an amazing young boy, funny and clever and kind. He said himself that CAFT is "very, very amazing!" and he can't wait for his shark diving experience, not only for the day itself but to help out those who have helped him and his family.
