Myself and Nat have decided to again do something this year to raise awareness of Prostate cancer. Since being diagnosed I have made great progress and am on my way to recovery. I was one of the lucky ones. 

A simple PSA test can save lives as we have found out but it is still not a standard test that is offered. We only found out about this through knowing somebody who wasn’t as fortunate and we will always be in his debt for sharing his story.

I hope this makes more people ask for this test and again would thank anybody who wishes to support us on our sponsored Walk. 

We will be trying to conquer a 26 mile walk round 4 football stadiums ending up crossing the finish line at Wembley. Just in case there is any rivalry we have included not only West Ham and Tottenham but Arsenal ( mmmmm) and Leyton Orient. So all our Gooner friends please dig deep. Lol.
