Recently trained Concern Worldwide Fast Ambassadors will be holding a Fast to raise vital funds for Concern on Thursday 14th December. They will be taking part in a 24 hour fast from a favourite food or drink, social media, phones, make up, music or anything they choose. 

Every donation made ‪before 17 December 2017‬ will be matched pound for pound by the UK government which will double the fundraising total. You can also choose to gift aid your donation which will further increase funds raised. 

In a world where one in nine people go hungry every day change is evidently needed on a global scale. Concern work in places which are often at greater risk from disasters, both natural and manmade. In an emergency Concern acts quickly to save lives, then they stay to work with communities, rebuilding lives and livelihoods to ensure people are better prepared for future crises. Concern’s approach is enabling families to tackle hunger and work their own way out of poverty.
