Ahead of turning 30, I wanted to do something that will be a significant mental and physical challenge, while also trying to raise some cash for a worthy cause.

I came to be aware of the work that Children's Hospice South West do through a local networking group. After further research, I was touched by the work they do and wanted to link my stupid idea of running 100+km in with trying to do some good at the same time.
