I have pledged to raise £2,000.00 for Refuge.  Those who know me know why this is an important cause to me...

Here's some blurb on what Refuge do -

Daily, Refuge supports more than 6,000 clients, helping them rebuild their lives and overcome many different forms of violence and abuse; for example domestic violence, sexual violence, so-called ‘honour’-based violence, human trafficking and modern slavery, and female genital mutilation.

They also support research into domestic violence, out reach workers in the community, all sorts of invaluable things.
