Anisha and I are both training to take part in the Swimathon 2019 to raise money for Cancer Research UK and the Marie Curie Foundation, two fantastic causes that are doing sterling work to support those with life threatening illness and conditions now and in the future.

Taking part was my daughter's idea, as she wanted to raise money for a cause that my father, her grandad, supported before his untimely death just before Christmas 2018.

It would be great to get some support for our efforts and to help out these two great charities.
