So how did this all come about. Well I decided that I was going to try and raise £5000 for Golddigger Trust and to do that I thought I'd take part in the "15k for 15 Years" campaign. Rather than running or walking 15k I wanted to do something a little different, so I'm going to climb 15k up my staircase which is the equivalent height of Ben Nevis, Mont Blanc, and Everest (the tallest mountains in the UK, Europe, and the World).

This means running, walking, or dragging myself up my stairs around 333 times a day. Every day. For 15 days. I was not built for this and my preparation hasn't been ideal (to say the least).  I'll also be documenting this on little videos so you can see how much I'm not enjoying it, so do check out the updates below.

Do I think I will knacker my knees? Yes, probably.

Do I think I will knacker my ankles? Yes, almost certainly.

Do I think I will at some point fall down my stairs with exhaustion? Absolutely.
