I am running the Rat Race The Wall 70 mile Ultra Marathon for Tynedale Hospice at Home because although I've known about this charity for years, it is only recently that I have come to appreciate the outstanding work and dedication they do for the people of Tynedale. Over the last couple of years several members of my close family have used their vital services and over recent months they have helped my wife and children immeasurably and continue to do so.    I understand due to Covid its been a tough year for everyone and it's not a great time to be asking for donations but any amount no matter how small would be hugely appreciated by myself and all at Tynedale Hospice at Home.  Thank you for taking time to read this.
