Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. 

For all of you who know me, you will know I am not Mr. Exercise. In fact the only exercise I usually do is the hand movements of a burger to my mouth (and the chewing).

Every 2 years I look to do something that stretches myself but, more importantly raises money for the fantastic charities locally to us.

I am going to cycle 50 miles in the Cycle Live event on 24/06/2018. YES YOU HAVE READ THAT RIGHT fifty not 5.

This year I have chosen to support Nottinghamshire Hospice, its a charity close to my heart for the care they give to families and who suffer from Cancer and life limiting diseases. When our family needed them to support my 90 year old granddad they were there to provide rest-bite and care for my grandma. They supported her through the hard times of watching someone she loved slowly pass away in front of her, whilst ensuring dignity for my granddad and allowing him to stay at home throughout.

I know that this isn't just us that they have supported but hundreds and thousands of other families throughout the Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire borders.  

Please give as much or as little as you can and lets help Nottinghamshire Hospice provide for so many more families.
