Join us to walk 10,000 Steps a Day in February and raise vital funds to help find a cure for brain tumours. You can take part in the challenge by heading outside for daily exercise, going for a dog walk around your local area, hitting the treadmill at the gym, or you could even get your 10,000 steps a day in by walking around your home and/or garden. The challenge can be completed wherever you like and you can take part by yourself, or as part of a group with family, friends or colleagues. It is your #10kStepsADay, your way!
