So, Nicola roped me in!! Nicola had a moment of craziness after a PT session and researched if there was a World Record for box jumps. Turns out, there is! Nicola will attempt to jump onto an 18" box more than 1,000 times in one hour. Ouch! 

We initially wanted to do the Record together but Guinness were being fun sponges and didn't allow that to happen. So, another hesitation in lucid thinking and I had applied to lift the most amount of weight in an hour using a kettlebell snatch. I am not new to kettlebell World Records and so decided, why not?! I have 15,000kg to beat in 60 minutes. Doable but SERIOUS TOUGH training ahead!
