Over 3 days in June 2018 I will be cycling from coast to coast.approximately 140 miles on a Raleigh Chopper bike.

The RAF Benevolent Fund do terrific work, but rely totally on Charitable donations. 

My period of service 1986 - 1990 was danger free, but things are very different for today's airmen and women. The Benevolent Fund are needed now, more than ever.

I am 48 years old, 6 feet 5 and 16 stone, so 140 miles on a kids Raleigh Chopper should be " interesting " !!
