Story

Please support us while we walk/run 4 Pieta

Drumalee GFC have decided to run a fundraiser for Pieta House. #run4pieta.

Drumalee GFC & the wider community will walk/run for 24 hours consecutively adhering to HSE Covid19 guidelines.

``````Our 24 hour challenge will kick off @7.30pm on Friday 15th May and finish @ 7.30pm on Saturday 16th May.
The aim of this challenge is to see how far our club can walk/run/ within a 24 hour period. If you would like to participate you will be allocated a time slot based on your chosen availability.
Starting on Friday evening, you can walk or run  for an hour or choose a preferred distance. Track your progress on your smartphone app . Screenshot the distance covered and upload it to instagram, facebook or whichever social media platform you use with the hashtags #run4pieta & #DrumaleeGFCrun4pieta.
Anyone who would like to participate in this great event please contact any of the following: Daire Donohoe, Leigh Dunne, David O Keeffe, Sinead Hoey, Jamie O Rourke and Niall Galligan.
The need for Pietas lifesaving services is greater than ever as COVID-19 impacts not only on the nation's physical health but its mental health too.
Donations to Pieta House can be made through the donate button on this page. No donation is too small.
Thank you all for your support.
