Operation Smile is a fantastic charity which offers free, effective surgery for cleft palate, cleft lip and other facial facial deformities to children from low income countries.  Just think -  for only £150 we can transform one child's life.

In June 2016 I will be cycling from Brixton, London to Tenby in South Pembrokeshire - via the south coast (Bournemouth, Devon, Bristol and Cardiff).  I will be carrying all my kit including my tent on the bike with me and plan to take just five days to travel the 524 mile journey fully laden.
