Event: Charity Fundraising in support of Gully's Place
In memory of Seán Entwistle
We fundraise for our patients to complement existing care and facilities

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This charity event is a follow-up event from the Happy Days Fundraising for Seán Entwistle back in March. Unfortunately, since that time, Seán passed away from Burkitt's Lymphoma, but the services that were provided to him by Gully's Place and Kingfisher Ward were exceptional in the final week of Seán's palliative care, and thus deserve all the support that we can provide to them.

We have three events organised in tandem.

There will be a charity skydive in Salisbury for Gully's Place on the 26th of October, carried out by Seán's mother Elaine Byrne, his girlfriend Eboni Cowan, and Ami Stewart from the Wyke Smugglers. Sponsorship for this event is paramount, and we will be fundraising up until the event on the 28th of October, with proceeds to this going to Gully's Place.

The second event is in support of the Kingfisher Ward, which will be a raffle and disco along with music by Matt Black and many more activities to be announced! It being Halloween time for this event, fancy dress is encouraged.

Donations of raffle prizes for this event will be very much appreciated, and can be obtained by messaging Elaine Byrne or Chris Paddock, or by dropping them in to Ami Stewart in the Wyke Smugglers.

Finally, there will be a sponsored walk from Portland Bill to the Wyke Smugglers, starting at 10am. This walk will be in support of Gully's Place. Sponsorship forms can be obtained from the same people listed above.

With your support, we can help to provide much-needed care for those going through terminal illness, to not only the sufferer, but to the families and friends around them as well.

You can all make a difference.
