We provide exceptional care and support to people affected by life-limiting illness

Story

.

At the moment, we are very aware of a number of people in our community who are fighting their own battle against cancer. The recent news about one of our teachers (Claire Smith) has had a big impact on everyone at Fallibroome, but Claire is not alone. Other members of our staff are either very ill currently, or have been so in the recent past. Several of our current students are in comparable circumstances and we know that a number of our parents/families are facing similar challenges.

As a school, we wanted to respond to these circumstances by
raising funds for  The Christie Hospital  and East Cheshire Hospice.  We hope that setting up a Just Giving page will allow everyone in our community to join this campaign and perhaps post their own messages of support to someone who is close to their thoughts at the moment.

We hope that you are able to join our efforts and that this
will bring some comfort and support to all those associated with our school who find themselves fighting this terrible illness. We know that lots of activities are already being planned for this campaign so we look forward to hearing about everyone's efforts and the money that has been raised for this worthy cause.
