It's that time of year once again!
And we're back for our biggest year yet!
This year, you can also donate via text message!

(For example, to donate £10 - Text MARR69 £10 to 70070)
Live from the University of Leicester, Galaxy Radio is powered up and raring to go for our annual flagship charity marathon in which we say goodbye to the rule books and crank up the jokes for this weekend long festival of fun.
Your favorite shows and presenters, both new and old, will be delivering one-off specials and experiences non stop from Friday 3pm until 12pm on Monday!
We're talking on air Murder Mysteries, gameshows, chatshows, trivia games plus Care Package. (and that's just a fraction of what we have planned - watch this space!)
Best of all, it's for charity! We absolutely blew the doors off last year's target (and even won a Student Award for it!) - so this year we're going for the big ol' ONE THOUSAND POUNDS!
This year we're collaborating with as many student groups as possible to showcase the range of talents and great work they do, including LUTheatre and Leicester Marrow; our local student partner with Anthony Nolan.
Anthony Nolan saves the lives of people with blood cancer and blood disorders.
Every day, Anthony Nolan match incredible individuals willing to donate their blood stem cells or bone marrow to people with blood cancer and blood disorders who desperately need lifesaving transplants.
Just in case you needed any other reason to donate, we're going to push our resident Production guy, Edward, out of a plane if we reach that £1000!
So please join us, tune in and donate to make this year's 69 Hour Marathon another one to remember!
